Your Teachers
Joaquin Gomez
Joa is an international yoga & movement teacher based in London. He completed 500HR in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga over 2 years, followed by 50HR Power Yoga, 50HR Anatomy for yoga, Animal Flow, and Kinstretch training. He also took guidance from Roye Goldsmith & Mattew Smith in Movement, Mobility & Handstanding. He now combines the practice of Power Yoga with Mobility training, and Calisthenics principles to help students overcome physical & mental challenges in the yoga practice.
Zelmaré Viljoen
Zem is a South African yoga teacher, living and teaching full-time in Abu Dabi for more than 5 years.
Zelmaré teaches Hatha Yoga & Breathwork & Vibration Therapy.
She moved from the corporate world to adopt a yogic & sports lifestyle, helping others to discover their true selves and set healthy habits, for a balanced life.
She is also very interested in sound healing and believes the combination of good habits, is the key to a balanced life.
