Your Teachers

Joaquin Gomez
Joa is an international yoga & movement teacher based in London. He completed 500HR in Ashtanga Vinyasa & Hatha Yoga over 2 years, followed by 50HR Power Yoga, 50HR Anatomy for yoga, Animal Flow, and Kinstretch training. He also took guidance from Roye Goldsmith & Mattew Smith in Movement, Mobility & Handstanding. He now combines the practice of Power Yoga with Mobility training, and Calisthenics principles to help students overcome physical & mental challenges in the yoga practice.

Justyna Urbaniak
Justyna is a multi-style yoga teacher, she completed her first 200HR training in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga in Bali, followed by Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Power Vinyasa, and Rocket yoga. Her curiosity led her to train with numerous teachers like Krystian Mesjasz, Dagmara Tomczyk-Magdziej, Miles Mortensen, Alice Maisetti, and Joaquin Gomez, in Handstanding, Movement & Mobility Training, and Calisthenics. She now teaches Power Vinyasa Yoga full-time in several studios in Warsaw, Poland.
What is Power Mobility
The Move Conscious 50TTC focuses on Power Yoga and Mobility Training. This combo will help you build body intelligence & boost performance in your practice, as well as help you guide students safely when you teach.
Power Yoga is an advanced dynamic and empowering style of yoga that celebrates strength, and endurance. This contemporary approach uses the principle of tristana, from Ashtanga & Rocket Vinyasa Yoga, through a non-dogmatic approach.
Mobility training, emphasizes enhancing joint function, improving movement patterns, and increasing body awareness. It involves a combination of dynamic movements, joint mobilization exercises, and active stretches that promote fluidity and freedom of movement. By integrating mobility training techniques into the Power Yoga practice, we can unlock new levels of flexibility, stability, and control, helping you and your students build a solid & safe practice.
